Deep breath...I cant believe I am still in it! But I am and I feel good. I am sleeping a little better now. I am getting past the soreness in my muscles and I can really feel my metabolism working. The best feeling of all, is completing each workout, dripping in sweat, and knowing that I am capable to changing my lifestyle.
It is a lifestyle change and that is what I have to keep telling myself.
