Day 6-Cardio Power and Resistance

Let me just say...I am down a solid 2.4 pounds and have lost a total of 4.25 inches in 7 DAYS!! 1.25 off my waist, 1.5 off my hips and 1.5 off my thighs...now THAT IS MOTIVATING! I guess the 4 pounds I reported earlier, 2 of those pounds was water. They say to weigh at the same time of the day. So since I started this program in the evening, I will continue to weigh in and take measurements every Monday evening. I think evening is more accurate anyway. Because even though I ate today, drank water, etc...still reflected a loss in the numbers.

I worked out longer today before I had to stop and take a break, which means I am building stamina! I decided not to workout on Sunday to get caught up because I felt it would throw me off the whole plan of the program. So I lost one day last week, big deal...I still kicked my own butt! I am so excited to see what results I get in the next 7 days! Every 7 days I will report my physical progress as far as weight loss, etc...

Moving right along baby!
