Missed Saturday - BUT ALL IS NOT LOST!

So the travel situation has me a little turned around. Today is Sunday and supposed to be my off day. But since I didn't get the workout in on Saturday, I will cover it today. Although, I went sailing with my dad and he seems to think that my terror of fear burned calories in itself LOL. I wish, but I don't think so. No worries...and I will just keep going. No more missed days. No siry bob! Nu uh...not got gonna throw out 3 weeks of pushing and digging deeper because of travel. So peace out lovers! I will post later after my workout today.

Day 17 - Oiy ya yoi

Deep breath...I cant believe I am still in it! But I am and I feel good. I am sleeping a little better now. I am getting past the soreness in my muscles and I can really feel my metabolism working. The best feeling of all, is completing each workout, dripping in sweat, and knowing that I am capable to changing my lifestyle.

It is a lifestyle change and that is what I have to keep telling myself.

Day 16 - Cardio Recovery

Done with Day 16. I am feeling tired today, luckily though, today was Cardio Recovery, which was pretty easy going. I am committed and still going strong, still eating right, still doing the damn thang.

Well...short and sweet tonight folks, gotta pack for this trip and I am taking my DVD's with me!

Day 15 - Pure Cardio and Abs AGAIN!

And I barley have the energy to type this blog. OH MY WOOOOOORD! This ish is INSANE! This dude Shaun T is crazy! and perhaps on speed, because damn, I feel like I am going to pass out during some of the work outs and he is just jumping, and pumping and doing freaking acrobats talking about "PUSH PUSH DIG DEEPER, CORE TIGHT" and I am like...excuse me!?? What if you don't have a core to keep tight???? How can you tense muscles that ARE NOT THERE??! Like a new born trying to raise their head while on their belly, their ish bobs because they don't have neck muscles! Well that's my core people LOL

It would be nice if there was guide. Such as...if your a beginner and have never worked...you should expect agility improvement is x amount of days. If your intermediate...then x amount of days for you. It would be a good guide to see if we are where we should be.

Any how...I am pooped so PEACE out lovers!

Day 14

So although this is Day 14, this is the 2nd day of my 3rd week! I cant believe two weeks has already passed. Today was a little bit of a struggle, but not too bad. I am sore, I am tired, but I am still motivated! This is not only good for my physical health, but also for my mind. I feel good, my endorphin's are at a healthy level and I feel less stressed. I can do it.

And if I am motivating you...then so can you! Hold on to that motivation and keep going!

Day 13! 2nd Fit Test

So Sunday was Day 12, which I had off. Today is 13 and it was my two week Fit Test. I did increase in most of the exercises, by a few more repetitions, in others, I stayed the same, and in fact, in one I did a few less. I wonder if I miss counted during the first test. Because how can I excel or stay the same in all of them, but one?

Not much reflected in this weeks measurements and weight. I am down an additional half pound (hey, I will take it), which means I am down a total of 3. But its still early, only been two weeks. These next two weeks I will have to work harder and maybe adjust my calorie in-take. Next week will be challenging since I will be away on business, but I have every intention of still doing the workouts and eating right.

Have to keep pushing and keep "Digging Deeper"!!!

Day - ELEVEN!!!!!!!!!!

(Sigh) I am worn and torn! Muscles are throbbing, calves are burning, abs are on fire!! Today was Pure Cardio AND Cardio Abs! Don't get me wrong, I am not pumping through these non stop like a beast (at least not yet). I am taking my breaks when I need to. But my heart has never beat so fast, like it wants to jump right out of my chest! My face is red, cheeks are rosy LOL and STAY rosy, for like, an HOUR after my work out! LOL Now THAT'S Insanity!

Tomorrow is Sunday, and its my official "day off", from working out that is, not from eating right. So, I will get back with ya on Monday!
